1. Modular construction
The basic equipment of the generator system consists of a
power supply input module, a control module, and one or
more operating modules. It comes in 1kw, 1.2kw or 1.5kw
power. The generators can be equipped for 1 kw to max of
8 kw.
2. Microprocessor-controlled power stabilization
Operating frequency is continuously adapted to the constantly
changing condition in the bath by several microprocessors
in order to maintain the cleaning effect at a constant optimum.
3. Output constancy
Output constancy of +/-2%.
4. Output adjustment
Intensity of each individual operating module can be adjusted
within a range of 10-100%- and each adjustment can be saved.
5. Mosfet technology
Application of Mosfet transistor technology in the power
output stage allows lossfree regulation of the power, and
switch-off in nanoseconds in the case of suddenly occurring
overload.
6. RS232 interface
All MC generators are equipped with an RS 232 interface which
provides access to all control functions & operating
parameters. Thus in conjunction with CIM, SPC or PC systems,
the possibilities for solving new problems are unlimited.

Immersible transducers and oscillating plates
• Designs
These are delivered in 25/40 kHz in the standard dimensions.
The oscillating plates can be delivered as an assembly
kit with welding frames with tapping or with press on flange.
• Connections
Fixed pipework, welded 2m flexible metal hose, or direct
screw connection to a receptacle wall can be delivered with
immersible transducers.
• Attachment options
Hanging hooks, fastening brackets or attachment by means
of direct connection to the receptacle wall on the immersible
transducer are available.
• Material
o All of the material used is 304 or 316 stainless steel.
