All customized units required one or more form of cleaning processes, whether it is aqueous or semi aqueous, is affected by Ultrasonic, spraying or brushing technology. The cleaning unit offers a variable system of high quality stainless steel tanks or plastic tanks. The automatic transport device with oscillation and the necessary maintenance system for the tanks are integrated. The cleaning system is usually PLC controlled and will come with touch screen for control and display.
  
Several types of drying is offered, it ranges from hot air dryers of clean room quality, infrared, centrifugal systems, vacuum or solvents are available to meet the production requirements.  
  
The customized unit’s base frames are usually made of robust stainless steel or aluminum profiles. The visual windows are all made of high quality tempered glass to the clean room quality windows. 
  
Fully automatic cleaning lines are designed for permanent and continuous operation which is ideal for industrial application e.g. for the cleaning of optical glasses, cut silicium discs, metal, for cleaning and etching processes under laminar flow and in clean-rooms.
   
Elma’s robot systems are ideal for larger charge weights up to 100kg. Gentle acceleration and deceleration still allow a quick throughput and exact positioning. Powerful servomotor technologies are usually implemented for transporting of load from cleaning tanks to rinsing to the drying terminals.
   With respect to cost cutting measures and environment, we can also integrate processing of exhaust air and waste water before discharge. In order to meet process requirements, special filtration systems and special tank design can be designed to suit individual needs.
  
A unique unit which can be adjusted to individual surrounding conditions and integrated in the production process without any problems. Transportation velocity, treatment times per tank, oscillation, agitation, Ultrasonic power and frequencies can all be programmed and adjusted to fit the cleaning requirements.
