X’tra multi-frequency modular industrial ultrasonic cleaning line
X’tra multi frequency series is Elma’s latest solutions to the various industries that require both low and high precision cleaning. It was introduced after many studies into the various applications over a wide spectrum of industry that results in the creation of the X’tra series. A very competitive advantage it has is that it is designed in modular thus allowing users the options of expanding their cleaning capability when order or production increases. Expansion also means the ability to fully automate the process and Elma’s X’tra cleaning line offer this option too. From a manual cleaning line with agitation to a fully automated line with loading and unloading station, Elma has the solutions for different customers.

The two frequencies available allow user to have hard intensive cleaning follow by precise gentle cleaning. This allows the cleaning line to be used for both heavily soiled parts to delicate components.

The frequency sweep function ensures a more thorough ultrasonic field distribution. This will result in less blind zone where ultrasonic activation power is significantly lower. (Please refer to how ultrasonic works for further information)

The Degas function provides the user an easy and efficient method to prepare the solution for ultrasonic wash. This will release the air bubbles that are trap in the solution which inhibits ultrasonic activation.

Ultrasonic power will eventually wear off the tank and if couple with a strong chemical, a normal stainless steel tank will not last. X’tra multi-frequency tank are made to solve this problem as it is made of a special cativation-resistant stainless steel material.
